Double Chocolate Oatmeal Muffins

Yum! Makes 6 giant muffins

Ingredients
  • 1 c quick cook oats
  • 1 c whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c cocoa
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1 t sea salt
  • 3/4 c mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c canola oil
  • 3/4 c honey
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 1 c milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prep muffin tin according to the method. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl and wet in medium. Mix wet into dry. Bake for 30 minutes.
